Computer Crash when using After effect

Bonjour, 

Mon ordinateur, que j'ai acheté il y a 3 ans spécialement pour la vidéo, plante de plus en plus régulièrement quand j'utilise After (écran bleu avec parfois code d'arrêt : CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT ou simple freeze de l'écran qui m'oblige a appuyer longtemps sur le bouton démarrer). Il plante quand j'utilise la 3D, mais aussi pour des effets très simples ou juste l'ajout de contours... Bref, il plante pour n'importe quelle raison, que ce soit 5 minutes après le lancement du logiciel ou 1h après... 

Pour pouvoir travailler un minimum sans plantage, je dois passer par CCleaner, vider le cache, fermer tous les autres logiciels ou page internet ouverts en simultanés. Mais cela ne m'accorde qu'une heure de rab en général.

Intel Core i7-8700K (3.7 GHz) - Intel Coffee Lake - Intel Z370 Express
Carte mère Asus TUF Z370
32 Go de RAM
SSD 500Go + HDD 2To
Carte graphique NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
Système de refroidissement Corsair Hydro Series H75

Tous les scripts de la carte graphique sont à jour. J'ai réalisé des tests de stress sur l'alimentation avec OCCT (test power supply) et Furmark pour la carte graphique, aucun problème détecté.

J'ai lu que ça pouvait être lié au CPU, mais n'ai pas trouvé de solutions pour régler ce problème. 
Je précise que ce n'est qu'avec AE que l'ordi plante ou bien quand je lance un export avec Media Encoder, tout le reste des logiciels ou jeux ne posent pas de problème.

My computer, which I bought 3 years ago especially for video, crashes more and more regularly when using AE (blue screen with sometime a stop code : CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT or a simple freeze of the screen that requires a long press on the start button. 
It crashes when I use 3D, but also for very simple effects or just adding outlines. Even when I work in half resolution. 
In short, it crashes for any reason, whether it's 5 minutes after launching the software or 1 hour after... 

To be able to work a minimum whitout crashing, I have to go through CCleaner, clear the cache, close all other software or web page open simultaneously. But that only gives me an hour of work in general...

All gaphics card scripts are up to date. I carried out stress tests on the power supply with OCCT and Furmark for the graphics card, no problem detected. 

I read that it could be CPU related, but couldn't find any solutions to fix this problem. 
I specify that it is only with AE that the computer crashes or when I launch an export with Media Encoder, all the other softwares or games do not pose any problem.
