Constant crashing After Effects. Apply All Think ( RTX 4090, 96 gb ram, 2 tb ssd (6000+ r/w )

Intel i9 13900ksRTX 409096GB of DDR5 6000Mhz RAMSamsung 990 Pro After Effects it constantly crashes.  tried reinstalling After Effects, installing older version, clearing cache and all other settings. I've reinstalled video drivers and older video drivers,

Does it crash on a new project as well? I am asking because it could be a project-specific issue. If it is project-specific, you can try importing that project into a new one instead of opening it. If not project-specific, try running After Effects in Safe Mode with third-party plug-ins disabled.
