Constant crashing/Not responding after effects

After effects is constantly crashing and is unusable, the software crashes just by me playing a video in the preview. The video will play for maximum 2 minutes I'll add effects or start rotobrushing and eventually the software crashes. These are things I have tried:

 

-Disabling GPU acceleration

-Purging memory

-Media cache deletion

-Disabling Multi frame rendering

-Updating graphic card drivers

-Updating Windows 10

-Overclocking GPU

-Reinstalling After effects several times

-Reinstalling After effects

-Trying older versions of After effects

-Deletion of all third party plugins

-Checking event manager to locate the issue

-Resetting preferences

 

None of these worked, the only thing I've got is that the power usage and CPU would go to 100 percent on task manager but it has crashed several times without this happening. In addition I have the exact same issue with Premiere pro it crashes in the same way. I have never got a crash report window either. I got the crash logs of after effects which I will attach. Just to note this problem arised on After effects 2021 and I thought updating it would resolve the issue but it stayed the same.

I'm sorry to hear that After Effects is unusable for you. 

Thanks for creating a detailed post and trying to troubleshoot on your own. 

 

In my sync up with the After Effects team, I learned that the March update of Windows is causing issues very similar to what you're describing. Did this problem start after March 1?  

It might be worthwhile to do a system restore and go back to the previous Windows update. Let me know if you're comfortable doing that.

The problem did start after March 1st and I have updated my Windows recently so I'll give the restore a try, thank you for your reply.
