  • When does the After Effects crash? At launch or post-launch? Is there anything specific that causes the crash?
  • What are your system specifications?
  • Are you using any third-party plug-ins?

Based on the crash report, our engineers suggests that it could the Trend Micro antivirus software. Are you using it? If so, could you try disabling or uninstalling it and see if that helps?
