Converting After Effects masks to Premiere masks

So I've begun a project in After Effects that I need to move into premiere. The project has a large number of very finely drawn masks (152 to be exact) and I really don't want to have to redraw them! Is there anyway to convert masks drawn in AE to Premiere Pro? I know there's no way to draw masks in premiere unassociated with effects like in AE, but each of these masks will ultimately be associated with an individual effect, so maybe there's a workaround? Or perhaps there's a way to drop illustrator paths as masks into premiere as can be done in after effects? I'm working with CC 2019 for both applications.

Thank you!!

There is nothing involving masks in Premiere that you couldn't do in AE as well. if it hinges on a specific effect or plug-in, simply find the matching one in AE or buy the AE version of the plug-in. Most vendors easily offer both variants. Everything else would require a deeper explanation why you even insist on doing stuff in Premiere that AE is better suited for to begin with. 152 masks is going to be a pain in the rear in Premiere, so by all means, it just doesn't make much sense.

Like Scott above, I'd like to know what you need to achieve here.

After Effects is designed to manage intricate masks, Premiere is not.  Typically the workflow would be to do your graphics/compositing in AE, then render and cut into your Premiere edit.

If there's some specific reason to do the work in Premiere, please provide more details.  But it sounds like an impractical workflow on the face of it.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? If you're just importing the composition into Premiere to drop in a sequence, then you don't have any concerns, it'll play the comp just as it is in AE. Are you trying to create a MOGRT with a controllable mask or something? The control points can't exactly be published to Premiere as controllable properties.
