Copy and paste

Yes.  In the timeline, select your camera layer and press UU to reveal all edited parameters.  Select all the keyframes and parameters you want to copy.  Then copy, go to the second comp, select the caera layer and paste.

Alternately, you can just select the Comp1 camera layer, copy, then paste in Comp2 to paste the entire camera layer.

That's a very simple explanation.  There are all sorts of things that can go wrong if your two comps aren't set up properly to do this.  Post again if you have issues.
