CPU running at around 90% almost constantly when project opened.

I've been having an issue with a project lately (and some other projects as well) where even without any comps open my CPU is running around 90%.  It's making workin gin these projects borderline impossible.  Any thoughts?

Have you actually twirled open the process and checked the sub-processes? Checked resource monitor for activity peaks? That and of course your screenshots don't really tell us much if you don't provide system information.
