Crash

When I open my project, it will save then I receive an error message stating that the program crashed. I am not sure what to do. I have the updated After Effects.

Would you mind sharing more details on when does it cash? Does it happen right after you open the project or when you try to save it? Also, what are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
