Crash au démarrage

Bonjour, bonsoir.

Je rencontre un problème depuis une bonne semaine ou je n'arrive pas à lancer mon after effect sans que celui-ci crash en boucle. Je vous joins les screens de ce que le logiciel affiche !
J'ai vraiment besoin d'aide, after est mon logiciel de travail principal..

Sorry for the crash.

Did you try clearing the preferences as mentioned by Mylenium? Here's how: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-p/10634342

Reinstalling the app doesn't reset the preferences unless you choose to remove them while uninstalling. If it doesn't help, try launching After Effects as administrator (right-click After Effects icon and select Run as administrator).

J'ai déjà effectuer ce que vous me dites et ça ne change rien au fait que j'ai mon erreur. Je paye un abonnement pour que l'application ne fonctionne plus du jour au lendemain je n'apprecie pas trop ça !

Do you have any plugins installed that might be causing an issue?  Is your graphics card driver up to date?  Is your "My Documents" folder located on your computer or on a network?  Is the software installed on a local drive?

Without any system info and possibly other details we can't tell you much. Start by deleting the preferences and try again.
