Crash in After effects

Hello, I started an edit three days ago and I have after Effects for 1-2 years and every time I open after effects comes crash report for after effects And I can't write an email, so when I write no text shows up. So, please, if someone knows how I can fix it, please answer, because I urgently need it. It's a birthday edit so pls.

We're sorry about the poor experience. Please let us know the version of After Effects that you are using & the system specs. Have you tried resetting app preferences to check if it's working properly?
