Crash in Progress: Urgent help!

Question

I need help, my After Efferct crashes everytime that I tried to open the software. The following windows pop-up, before crashing:

I tried updating the software, it was already up to date. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled After Effects, but the program keeps crashing.

Can somebody please help me? it's urgent.
