* UPDATE *

With regard to the AMC exporting issue, I changed the renderer to "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only" and it allowed me to finally export. I will investigate the crash report and post an update later on.

I have the exact same error in the crash report whenever I open up PR or AE. Please keep us updated if you find a fix.

Well, using hardware-accelerated functions with intel onboard graphics ain't gonna rock the world. You may need to disable this stuff and resort to software-only rendering. And since your memory offsets are kind of funky and your machine's name has "Cisco" in it I would even surmise that some sort of virtualisation/ remote desktop access is at play, too, and that won't help, either. You may need some time figuring this out as well.
