crashes after effects

why my after effects flies out (after some actions, for example, color correction or stabilization, RAM is loaded for some reason to the maximum and the after effect crashes, I tried to install the same problem from the same root tracker 2017,2018,2019,2020, my specifications are 16GB of RAM, ryzen 5 3600, gtx 1660, who knows what the problem is?)

Hi,

A common reason for After Effects crashing can be improperly installed, corrupt or malfunctioning codecs. ... To remedy crashing due to codecs, you can re-install codecs or just delete them. If the codecs are natively installed through After Effects, you can always re-install After Effects.
