Crashes intempestif pendant des rendues

J'utilise after effect en mode silencieux avec l'executable aerender.exe.

Le rendu plante souvent et le projet aep reste ouvert en fond de after effect. La fenêtre du projet planté est blanche puis windows m'indique que l'application after effect ne répond plus.

C'est avec after effect v24.0 mais j'espère pouvoir trouver quelqu'un capable d'exploiter les infos dans les crash reports.

J'ai essayé avec v25.0 et j'ai toujours le problème.

 

j'ai récolté plusieurs crash report que je souhaiterais joindre mais impossible ici. Où puis-je les envoyer svp ?

There is one possible cause of crash. Would you check the folder permission of the saving folder?

    Hi Flavien,

     

    Really sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, the .dmp files are not useful in finding the cause of the problem. Could you help me understand the issue better? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? As I can understand, you're trying to render your project using the aerender.exe and the renderer stops working midway. Is that correct? If you're on Windows, can you try running the aerender.exe as administrator (right-click on the aerender.exe icon and select Run as administrator)? Where are you trying to export? If it is a server or external drive location, try exporting the project in the local drive.
