Really need some direction on what I can do to solve this please help!

It was working fine apart from my computer freezing up because of lack of space on my C drive so I delete the apps from there and tried to relocate them to my E drive but after effects won't launch even after I've reinstalled it. I think there was something in the C drive that has been permanently deleted that I needed in order for AE to work.

Ideally I want to have AE installed on my E drive because all of adobe takes up too much space to have on the C
