Create Luma matte from .MOV?

Question

Hello everyone! I just downloaded a phone comp (screenshot attached) from adobestock thinking the luma matte would have been included (no such luck).. Does anyone know how to create a luma matte from an .mov? I obviously want the phone to be on another background. Part two of this... how am I to have any screen animation track the phone? I guess I figured this would have been a layerd .AE file I could have edited in AE...

Any help is very much apperciated.

That looks like it could be awkward to track. The included Boris Mocha AE might be your best option for screen tracking but given that it's a simulation of a phone anyway, I'd be tempted to discard the footage and use a 3D model of a phone.
