creating a smoke path

I have a photograph here to which I am trying to add smoke to. The path I would like to create for the smoke can be found in the photograph, but i have no idea how to create this. Can Anyone help?

Nothing too fancy required. A directional Emitter with a very narrow spread and Turbulence will do just fine. You just need to tweak the pre-run and time before affect parameters to avoid the smoke column to be swirled up immediately. There should even be some basic presets you can use.

Thank you. Could you kindly help me by telling me which values I need to change? Narrow Speed? Turbulence?
