creating an Mp3 music player

Hi,

I started using after effects a few days ago and I saw this video by Nerdwriter on youtube and was totally mesmerized by this mp3 player which plays on screen while the video moves on the background. I want to recreate it. Any tutorial links will help. Thanks.

    Nothing special here. A bunch of text layers that act as counters and titles, two simple lines where one is being wiped on to "grow", a moving knob, a few other static elements. all just basic AE. I doubt you will find a tutorial for exactly this mock player UI, but based on my keywords you can find any number of tutorials for the individual techniques if only you do a web search.
