Creating MP4 with Media Encoder

Question

Hello I have the free trial of After Effect and Media Encoder, I need After Effect to edit some Envato video template and then I need Media Encoder to convert the file.aep into a regular .mp4 video file.

The problem is related to Media Encoder,

1- I edit the video on AE

2- I click on Composition -> Add to Media Encoder Queue

3- it should add the video on ME and from there I click on the green triangle

4- as a result I should obtain an .mp4 video, but nothing of this happens

5- Once I click on Composition -> Add to Media Encoder Queue, nothing happens

How do I manage to use these tools? Thank you

The current version of AE supports rendering MP4 files directly from the Render Queue. So unless there is some setting in Media Encoder you specifically need, add the composition to the Render Queue and then select one of the H.264 presets.
