Crop tool is missing from AE??

My crop tool is missing from aftereffects. As well as all my video effects from the effect control panel. They are simply just not there. But they are in premiere pro. I tried reinstalling after effects but this didn't work. Please help asap

What crop tool? AE never had one to begin with. As for effects, AE does not include a ton of Premiere effects. Some stuff gets translated when importing a project or using Dynamic link, but other stuff doesn't. No offense, but it really sounds like you urgently need to read the online help. It appears you are mistaking AE for a slightly different Premiere clone, when in fact it's a completely different program.
