Cropping and duplicating

Question

I was wondering how I would how I would be able to crop or track a high moving clip and double or even triple the part I want to add. this clip here is of the girl running, but I wanted to know I could have it at some point where I could clone just her running and even have some of them behind her layer-wise. like between her and the back ground so to speak. I tried thinking of clips to better explain what I'm thinking of, but nothing came to mind.

For a project like this, you will need to duplicate the footage layer, rotoscope the top copy to remove the background, and then apply Echo to a pre-composed or rendered with an alpha chanel copy of the footage.
