ctrl+space is not showing zoom function

hello,

i'm using adobe after effects 2023 after a long time and i found out that ctrl+spacebar doesn't work for temporary zoom. is it just my problem or i just did something stupid?

weren't we able to zoom in and out using ctrl+space like in photoshop?

    Ctrl/Cmnd plus + (shift 😃 pushes in on the Comp Panel by one standard division, and Ctrl/Cmnd plus - pulls out. Shift + / fills the Comp Panel with the comp frame. I don't recall the shortcuts being anything else.
