curser stuck on brush tool when trying to create a new traker point

I had previously used the brush tool to make a new comp with some drawing in it. Now I have transitioned to my video comp and am looking to track a point. For some reason my curser is stuck on the brush tool and I cannot move my traker point in order to highlight the area I want to track. 

How do I toggle back?
