Custom shape : edit default fill setting

Hi all, 

since I edited once with keyframe, all my newly created custom shapes comes with 23% fill by default (instead of the regular 100%).

How and where can I edit this value so all new shapes come with the 100% default fill? (so I do not have to go edit them all the time).
