Cut holes in masks / Second mask for only one frame

I have a shape that I want to cut out with a mask and I have some unwanted parts in some frames that I like to cut out as well. How can I cut out holes in the frames but then deactivate the second mask again some frames later? Do I have to clip my clip for each frame now?
