Cut off hands, make it look meaty?

I have this clip with hand playing cello. I want the hand to have a meaty end where its cut off. Is it possible to make that? Like blood, veins maybe hanging from the wound? It must be a movie, not just an image. Maybe use a tracker somehow and an image at the cut of stump?

The greenscreen effect is not perfect so I will fix that.

Record a clean plate without the actor's hand to use as the background. In post-production, use software like After Effects and Mocha to track the hand movement and remove it using chroma key. Then, import a 3D model of a meaty stump with blood, veins, and bone created in Blender or another 3D tool and align it with the tracked data. Blend the stump with the actor’s arm and match lighting and shadows to the original footage.
