Dark Blue Flashes while Reverse clip

Hello, i am editing on after effects 2020 and i used twixtor pro for a clip, i pre composed it and went to right click, time and "Time-Reverse Layer", it started flashing dark blue time to time during the clip, does anyone know whats wrong?

Is the source footage H264 or H265?  If so, transcode it to an all intra-frame format like ProRes 422.

 

To transcode H264 or H265 using After Effects, create a New Composition from the clip, add it to the Render Queue, make sure the Render Settings template is set to "Best Settings" and set the Output Module template is set to "High Quality".  Then use File > Replace Footage > File... to replace the H264 or H265 clip with the transcoded ProRes clip.
