Decklink scale up / down incorrect for HD 1920x1080

Decklink 4K Extreme is incorrectly scaling to 2048x1080 if scaling is set to DOWN for unsupported frame size, for HD which IS supported

This scaling system is ridiculous.

I should be able to fix my output to display size then toggle fit height/width or 100% quickly.

needs to work properly and be quicker to adjust, especially as opening preferences takes so long now

Also Comp window is showing different aspect ratios for square pixel comps at different zoom levels, even with More Accurate zoom settings and GPU acceleration on and off.
