A lot of things could cause the problem. Check GPU acceleration. Make sure you don't have the effect applied to a guide layer. Try rendering to a production format (lossless) using the Render Queue.

It is nearly impossible to figure out what is going on in a composition without seeing the timeline and the modified properties of the problem layer. Select the layer, press 'uu' to show us everything you did, take a screenshot, copy and paste the file to the forum, or use the toolbar to embed the image to see what is going on. We also need workflow details, render settings, system info, and the AE version.

I am using Adobe 2022, And for the test purpose i just applied the deep glow effect on a single layer having one shape layer. And media encoder setting are by default h.264 high Resolution

I just created a new comp, a shape layer with a stroke, added Deep Glow with the default settings, and sent it to the Media Encoder using the default H.264 settings and everything is fine.

M1 MacBook Pro, AE 22.3.0, OSX 12.3.1

I tried rendering using Rosetta and Universal because Deep Glow is M1 compliant. Many 3rd party effects are not yet so I usually run AE in Rosetta. Both worked just fine.

Welcome to the community, Adnan5D34.

What's the version of After Effects you're using? Also, what are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?

Let us know, we're here to help.

Thanks,
