Default Effect "Noise" missing in the latest After Effects update

Noise Default effect is missing in the latest After Effects update on my computer.
All the project I created with older AE versions report the effect as missing.
Checked in the Effects&Presets panel and the effect doesn't appear (printscreen attached).

Anyone else noticing the same issue?

Hello @kglad . I'll take that into consideration in the future, thank you.
The issue I mentioned with Noise effect is something that is not new, on my side.
In the latest Adobe After Effects versions I notice Noise Effect missing in the first updates.

Nevertheless, this time I uninstaled Adobe AE 25 and reinstaled again. Seem to be working.
