Different Image from half resolution to full resolution, cuts the letter

Hi everyone,

I wanted to make a cool animation for my company.
I used the Bend.io-Plug-In and it looked like it was working well. But if I want to export the animation, it cuts the letter "T" and other ones. Also in the programm if I switch from Quarter/Half-Resolution to Full-Resolution.

You can see it in the following pictures.
Can someone help me with this problem? Thank you!

Effects changing appearance at different resolutions is pretty much normal. AE always deals in absolute pixels and if effects don't have built-in safety to account for this, all manner of things can happen. This even happens with standard effects that come with AE and distortion effects are particularly sensitive to this behavior. The rest I don't know. Never used that plug-in. Cropped screenshots are useless. We would need to see the actual effect settings and timeline to even guess.
