Direct2d drawbot error

I've been facing this error "direct2d drawbot error" everytime I try to track motion or use roto brush if that makes sense
And I literally tried every solution on internet I could find but nothing worked, I even uninstalled and also tried older versions it but still same issue
Please I need help as soon as possible

Are you still having the issue? Can you install the latest version of After Effects and see if the issue persists?
