Display Acceleration Disabled- Adobe CC 2019

I am using Adobe 16.0.1 on Windows 10 machine running the latest (as of Dec 12) NVIDIA drivers. I have two RTX 2070 GPUs. After Effects keeps telling me Display Acceleration is disabled. How do I fix this?

also can you confirm that you have the latest driver of your Graphic card?

It has been 5 days and I cannot get any guidance on this problem. Can Adobe not look into this? Whats going on, I need an answer to this please.
