Display acceleration disabled in After Effects cc 2020

I updated my After Effects recently and this message has popped up, it has been very slow and making my display very choppy. I still have my old version of After Effects installed and I don't know if that effecting it. I have no idea how to fix it, anything will help 🙂 I am using After Effects cc 2020 with a computer that is able to run it.

HP laptop 1 year old

HD Graphics 610 

16 GB ram 

Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU 4417U @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GH

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor 

Direct X 12

Window 10

Without any actual system information nobody can tell you why this warning even might come up. Start by updating your graphics driver.
