Distorded image when using time remap

Hi,

I am using time remap/time stretch to slow down some film clips. As you can see above the clip gets distorted in part of the clip when I do this. Can you help to trouble shoot? It doesn't seem to be the frame blending that I am using that I know of. I am using the pixel blend. Thanks.

Sorry, but a post-stamp sized screenshot and a non-descript image of the timeline switches column are utterly useless. You need to provide much better materials like full screenshots with the proper parameters exposed and something we can actually decipher.
