DNA Circle in AE

Anyone have any ideas of how to recreate a DNA helix that animates around a circle like below? I stuck on getting it to form a circlehttps://www.pinterest.ie/pin/dna-strand--484559241150793210/

Those look like simple sinus and cosinus formulas that drive scale and position of the elements after the circle was created. It's not a real helix. All just illusion painting. Mylenium
