Does After Effects collect a user's location data?

I just got this screenshot from my colleague who uses After Effects in his work. Seems like After effects is trying to collect some location data but it can't since the corresponding Windows service is off. So why does AE want to know where my friend is?

Different countries have different regulations regarding AI and some other stuff. Same has always been true for the licensing system. Completely blocking this stuff or trying to circumvent it with a VPN or whatever will eventually prevent the apps from working.
