Does anyone at Adobe use a Windows Computer?

Let me first say I love Adobe products, but increasingly I've gotten frustrated because it seems like Adobe has abandon the Windows platform.  They don't understand Windows users, and it makes them seem like they don't care.   Here are a short list of issues that have made work much harder over they years instead of easier.   Please help us Adobe.   For the most part they all have work arounds, but your product should make our lives better over time, not slowly worse.   When I add up all these work around it makes me sick to think how much time I'm spending on getting around issues that you've added into the product.

After Effects:

There are no Video formats left for us?!?

You abandon the H.264 format for MP4s:  (I have to use Media Encoder to use this format)

Animated Gifs: requires Media encoder

Quicktime.  Apple does not support Windows.  We can't use this.  We have to install a Quicktime version from 2017 and it no longer works.

AVI:  Seriously?  No.

Conclusion:   Use Media Encoder for everything, the built in render is not for Windows users

Automatic Saves:

If you don't save your file once, if AE crashes your data is gone, even if you have auto save on.   How many millions of hours have been lost to artist because you won't fix this?  Fix it, seriously.  Please give even an once of a damn about the biggest data lost scenario in the market.  It's real.

Built in Graphics Cards:

I have a built in Intel Card that is disabled but Adobe sees it.   For three years now I have to ignore this stupid, and wrong message that my video cards won't work with AE.  My actual video card works fine.  There are many things you could do to fix this.

Photoshop, only one issue:

Save As Broken now use Save Copy

What the Actual F?   I have no idea nor do I care how this is good for Mac users. Disable this on PC's please and go back to old 'Save as' functionality.   You know, the Save As that preceeds all of Macantosh?  The save as from 30 years ago?  We Windows users actually know what files are, and what file types are.  We actually save to different file types ALL the time.   Why are you making this third option with the stupid word 'Copy' in our work stream?

Again, can you PLEASE have someone on your QA team actually use a Windows machine.   It's still the biggest platform in the world, and yes, now it's the biggest company in the world again.   It might just be worth a moment of your precious time.

The issues are just as bad on Macs and you are mistaken about only one feature being broken in PS as well. This is just as messed up as AE. The rest is just Adobe being Adobe. They are way to quick to declare older hardware dead down to only compiling their stuff for the latest versions and wrongly assuming people buy new machines every two years like they can. Combined with bad programming, sloppy QA and a few otehr things this simply is a bad combination of circumstances. In fairness, though, they can't do much about this video format thing. With Microsoft never having developed new professional video formats after they abandoned WMV it's really down to third-party support or creatively hacking around formats originally developed for other purposes.
