Does the PC freeze every so often for After Effects?

While I work on After Effects or Premiere Pro every 10 minutes more or less, my pc freezes, then black screen (I think of the GPU crash, as if I removed a peripheral device and put it back), after a few seconds the pc recovers, it happens that After Effects sometimes tells me that there has been a GPU error and I can't see the video preview and etc. For work I always have to restart the program, I am attaching the log, what can it be?
