Mistaken I've deleted the app from the macbook and I can't download again

If ToolFarm's suggestion doesn't work you may want to use the Adobe Cleaner tool which will clean out all Adobe apps and then you should be able to download them again.

Would you try to find Adobe Creative Cloud app in Applications folder? You launch it and download After Effects from the tool.
