Downloading on devices

Unlikely. A 14" screen is unlikely to even meet the minimum requirements for screen resolutions and on a Celeron/ Low-End Pentium processor you're going to spend more time waiting for even the simplest operation to work than getting actual work done. Those are just cheap home use laptops for occasional office work, web browsing and streaming, but not much beyond that. the exact model eludes me, so I'm basing this on HP's naming conventions, but I'm pretty sure that you're looking in the wrong place and would need a much more powerful machine if you want to use AE.
