Drag and Drop does not work in the project panel

Hello everybody,

I'm working on Adobe AE 16.1.3(Build 5). I also installed AE 17.0 - same problem there.

Draging and droping to organize the scene for instance, is not possible.

AE and Windows are freshly installed. Can anyone help?

Clic in tab Name, or Type, or Size, or Frame Rate, etc., just in this way. Or creates folders with names in order you need:

01 Videos

02 Images

03 Audios

You can't manually arrange the items inside the project panel, so you can only sort them by name, size.... or rename to match the sorting you want
