Draw arrows on the ground within the Google Earth Studio video

I made a video output with Google Earth Studio. The video I prepared will be about military history. I want to show the movements of military units with red arrows in this Google Earth video. However, as the camera pans in the video, the arrows change places. How can I pan the arrows smoothly on the ground in this map-video? I don't want to use a flat map because I zoom in and out with Google Earth Studio. I want the arrows to move and maneuver while the camera is drawing a circle. How can I do this? I'm new to After Effects so I don't know much.
