Guys, hello, faced with this problem, on the previews from time to time on different footages missing frames, they are deformed, etc. I switched to official software, the same thing. Started AE in safemode and turned off plugins. The footage itself is not defective. I mean every foootage have this bug.
Several dozens of times reinstalled Windows and downloaded different plugins, the problem remains.

A little input:

4070

I7 12700kf

32 gb DDR5

Also turned off XMP profile on the RAM and turned off the overclocking of the processor, the same crap happens.

Who has faced, please help, I pray, there is no strength any more to solve it.

I also had the same issues plus many other, liek black preview screen, Direct2D error, etc.  Try disabeling the integrated graphics from your BIOS. I experienced a conflict between my system's integrated graphics and my dedicated NVIDIA GPU (RTX 4090), which caused issues with driver performance. The problem was due to the system switching between the integrated graphics for low-demand tasks and the dedicated GPU, leading to conflicts. When I disabled the intergrated graphics in my bios and reinstalled and updated the nvidia drivers all problems were gone. Hope this helps

 Hello @Kevin-Monahan, ,

These options didn't work for me because I've tried doing this more than once before

Hello @Temak1n,

Thanks for the question and welcome to the forum. I am Kevin from Adobe Support and I am a moderator here. I would first check the media you are working with. Transcode the footage to an editing codec like ProRes and see if that solves it. You can also try a clean reinstallation of your GPU driver. Make sure it is the studio driver. I hope the advice helps.

Thanks,
Kevin
