Dual preview in AE 2020

After upgrading the adobe CC2019 package to CC2020, Affter doubled the screen when I triggered the Composite Preview. I tested it on two different machines with different configurations, and it is giving the same problem with the preview.

Can someone help me?

      Update:

       

      Guys I just instaled again the V16.1.3 and things goes good everything it´s working as was working in the past so I recomend to go to the older version.

      Hi all,

       

      Sorry for your issue. Please share the below information so that we can try to troubleshoot the issue properly.

      • Share the specifications of both the systems (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version).
      • Are you facing this issue with a particular project or with all of them? Please share the project file download link if the issue is with a particular project.
      • Is it happening only with the projects created older versions or with the files created in latest version as well?

        I'm having the same issue on a late-2012 iMac with the following specs:

         

        Processor: 2.9 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

        Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M 512 MB

        Memory: 24 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

        OS version: Catalina 10.15.1

         

        For me the issue seems to be persisting with all projects including the new ones I've created using AE 2020

        Dois_comunicacao and Ivanmoralesm, you have both posted in the Get Started forum.  What Adobe software title or service is your question in relation too?

        Sorry… This issue is about After Effects problem with the playback double screen

        Ivanmoralesm, I am sorry, but without knowing which Adobe application you are using for this Composite Preview. then it will be impossible to move the discussion to a community that may be able to answer the question.
