dynamic link from Premiere pro to After Effect, crashing AE

Hello, its been a months when i use dynamic link in premiere pro, and open AE to do some work, even if i dont do ANYTHING, it starts using more and more of ram till it crashes the AE & PR by showing RAM errors

i have 12700k\3080ti\32 gb ddr5 ram and mu drivers are up to date!

AE works fine by it self! this happens only when i use dynamic link

im using 2025 version, ive tried 2024 version, same result!!! its been a month and i wonder why!

pls help!

    Thanx for the concern, but I’m already have tried those solutions, non-of-them solved my problem

    clean reinstall, even on another drive, resetting performance or changing the ram and CPU usage or even go back to the older version, I still searching for solution, just might reinstall windows if nothing helps
