Dynamic link is not not working!!

I use Pr 15.1 and Ae 18.1 all newest version. But when i click the "Replace with Ae composition", it is saying Adobe After Effects 2021 must be installed to import this file, Eventhough I opened the Ae program.... What should i do? I am using Win10

Would you run AfterFX.exe as Run as Administrator (Right-click)? I guess the cause would be the permission.

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC (Version)\Support Files\AfterFX.exe

I think it is not working..

my version is AE 18.1.0 build38, PR 15.1.0 build48

Moreover If I run Pr as admin, the file isn't open and Pr stops...
