Dynamic linking HDR rec. 2100 HLG footage between PR and AE

Hello, I have HDR footage shot on an iPhone 16. The footage is rec. 2100 HLG. I managed to get it to display accurately in my PR sequence and export accurately, but I need to dynamic link a few clips to AE and that's where I'm facing issues. The footage is darker and washed out in the midtones and blown out in the highlights. It looks *similar* to if I interpret the footage as rec. 709 but not quite. When I right click on the footage in the project pane and go to Interpret footage > Color, it confirms that the footage is rec. 2100 HLG. I've already gone to Project settings > Color > Working color space, and changed the color space to rec. 2100 HLG W203. While there are a bunch of rec. 2100 HLG options, this is the setting I use to export out of Premiere, and in testing the others, this one is the least blown out.

So the first issue is being unable to get the footage to display properly in AE.

From there, the dynamic linked clip doesn't display correctly in PR, but at the very least, it seems to be consistent with the AE composition. Hopefully that means getting the footage working in AE will translate to PR? The only other thing I'm noticing that's odd is if I right click the dynamic linked sequence in the PR Project pane and check the "Media file properties" it says the color space is rec 709.  In turn if I right click again and choose Modify > Color, it's indeed using the rec. 709 color space and if I override with rec. 2100 HLG, the footage just looks insane.

Any insight how to get this dynamic linked footage to display properly in AE and in turn in PR within the dynamic link? Given the HDR, I've been unsuccessful in getting accurate screenshots, so hopefully I described it well enough. Thanks!
