dynamiclinkmanager.exe error when AE starts

Hi,

I get these 2 error messages each time I try to start AE:

After that, AE does not start. So I cannot use it anymore.

What could I do?

Sorry to know that you're unable to launch After Effects CC 2017.

Were you able to launch it before? If yes, have you noticed if anything changed on your computer? Maybe a Windows update?
Does it go past the splash screen?
Are you on Windows 10?
Which Anti-Virus software is running on your computer? Try disabling that temporarily and see if that resolves the issue.

Yes I was able to run it before and I don't have noticed anything changed meanwhile.

No nothing happens when I close the error messages. AE does not start at all.

Yes I'm on Windows 10, 64 bits.

The only antivirus I have is Windows Defender with default settings. I'have tried with it disabled without success.
