building a template isn't something very simple, even if it looks like that because you must have the knowledge and experience to support your customers and follow the reviewer suggestion in case you want to sell on a big market, also the standard becomes harder and harder every year and you must be on a level can meet the minimum standards, I'm in this field since 2009 and belive me selling template this day become very hard unless you're able to produce a really high-quality template, especially after the unlimited marketplace become popular like elements and motion array
